Our Wave Soldering is the world only system that is capable handling 16 kg PCBA board per pallet, especially POWER SUPPLY MODULE/PCBA or other multi-layered motherboard.  It is the most efficient machine for heavy loaded board that is within 16KG. And it is a horizontal path conveyor travelling, with add-on modular process per customer requirements, is a Jet Wave Soldering system. Again, our soldering machine's warm up time ready to run production is less than 1 hour, and capable of change over to run production at different type of solders and PCBA within one hour. Basically is excellent and ideally for heavy loaded PCBA products and/with high mixed medium volume production.
